Where is Ino Villas Kefalonia located?

Our property is nestled in the peaceful village of Simotata, providing a scenic hillside setting that overlooks the Ionian Sea. This location offers a perfect blend of quiet countryside charm and convenient access to natural highlights. We are approximately 15 km from Kefalonia International Airport (EFL) and 17 km from the vibrant capital, Argostoli.

How close is the property to the beach?

Guests may enjoy proximity to some of the island’s most beautiful coastal spots. The golden sands of Lourda Beach are within a 15–17 minute walk or a short drive, while the clear waters of Trapezaki Beach are also approximately 3.8 km (about a 4 min drive).

Are there shared facilities on the property?

To ensure an exclusive and private atmosphere for our guests, there are no shared facilities. Each individual villa is equipped with its own private outdoor pool, allowing you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun in complete seclusion.

What are the check-in and check-out procedures? We welcome guests for check-in from 15:00 onwards. Should you arrive early, luggage storage is available for your convenience. On the day of your departure, we kindly request that you check out by 11:00. Requests for early arrivals or late departures are coordinated personally by our dedicated management team.

Is there a meal service or restaurant on-site?

Ino Villas Kefalonia focuses on providing a private, self-catered experience; therefore, there is no restaurant on-site, and breakfast is not included. However, each villa features a small kitchen, and traditional tavernas and local mini-markets are located just a short drive away.

Does the property provide parking or transfers?

Free private parking is available on-site for all guests. While we do not provide or coordinate transfer services directly, our concierge team is happy to provide information regarding local transportation options upon request.

What is the policy for children?

We are pleased to welcome children of all ages to our villas. Baby cots can be provided free of charge for our youngest guests.
